Shugborough Hall, Staffordshire
Lovely door with wreath on leading to the homes in the walls.
One of the many flowers in the gardens.
A now disused entrance to the gardens, shows how wild it could have been, had the estate not been looked after.
Some of the old tins, including a Nestlé "Food drink"
Entering the Wood Turner's shop to observe some crafting
Starting off with, in essence, a rolling pin, he began to carve away at the wood.
Before long, he was able to use pens to add colour as it span around.
The finished product, it took around 20 minutes to complete.
Becky and Jess jumping for 'joy'
Me and Dan pretending to be superman
A chance for Dan to use his pinhole camera, which may I say I was slightly jealous of
There is some lovely woodland around the estate, here is just one that caught my attention!
Arriving at the Chinese bridge - time for photos!
Beck and Jess again, 'enjoying' themselves
Dan & Becky
Me & Jess
The back of the mansion, with the river behind me
Blue bridge by the boathouse
The Alice in Wonderland look-a-like door, looked almost like a vintage wedding!
"Tie a key for someone you love"
The gnome in the river behind the boathouse..odd.
